BLAM! The shot whines past your ear and snaps you out of your trance.
You fire back. WHAM! You miss, but only just. You've unnerved him and he breaks for cover, diving to his left. For a split second he's fully exposed, but you're ready. BLAM! There is an explosion of colour as you find the target.

Coasteering
For the ultimate adrenalin high… Go coasteering.
This thrilling activity combines climbing, scrambling, sea swimming and cliff jumping, taking you to otherwise inaccessible parts of the Cornish coast. Routes traverse around the foot of high cliffs and through sea caves, allowing you to get up close and personal with all kinds of marine life.
Sessions are led by professional coasteering guides who will keep you safe and test your limits. |

Rock Climbing
Learn the basic skills of rock climbing, rope management, belaying and equipment selection.
After which, you'll test your skills on challenging rock faces around Cornwall, using the most suitable climbing destinations for the conditions. We can arrange day or overnight climbing lessons or expeditions for climbing groups of all abilities.

Abseiling
A cliff abseil lesson allows you to experience the Cornwall coast from a whole new perspective. The abseiling routes have varying gradients and unique challenges, but the ultimate experience for more advanced groups involves an abseil into the gaping mouth of a huge sea cliff looking out onto Newquay bay.
Instructors will choose sections of cliff and abseiling routes to suit the conditions and your level of ability and experience. |
